Become Catholic (OCIA)

Are You Feeling Called to the Catholic Faith?

Have you been thinking about becoming Catholic? Are you curious about what the Catholic Church teaches and believes? We invite you to explore this journey through the Order of Christian Initiation of Adults (OCIA)—a process designed for those discerning the call to enter the Catholic Church.

What is OCIA?

The Order of Christian Initiation of Adults (OCIA), formerly known as RCIA, is the process through which individuals learn about the Catholic faith, grow in their relationship with Christ, and prepare to receive the Sacraments of Initiation: Baptism, Confirmation, and the Eucharist.

This journey is open to:

  • Non-baptized individuals seeking to become Catholic.
  • Christians from other denominations who feel drawn to the Catholic Church.
  • Baptized Catholics who have not yet received Confirmation or First Communion.

What to Expect:

  • A Welcoming Community – Walk this path with others who are also seeking to deepen their faith.
  • Guided Learning – Weekly sessions exploring Scripture, Catholic beliefs, and traditions.
  • Personal Discernment – A supportive environment to ask questions and discover if this is the right step for you.
  • Sacramental Preparation – If you choose to enter the Church, you will receive the Sacraments of Initiation at the Easter Vigil.

How to Begin Your Journey:
