Confirmation

Confirmation is the sacrament that strengthens and completes the grace received at Baptism, sealing candidates with the gifts of the Holy Spirit. Through the anointing with sacred chrism and the laying on of hands by the bishop, the Confirmed are empowered to live out their faith with courage, wisdom, and devotion. This sacrament deepens their bond with Christ and the Church, calling them to be active witnesses of the Gospel.

At Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, we guide candidates through a period of preparation that includes faith formation, prayer, service, and reflection. Sponsors and families play a vital role in supporting candidates as they embrace their commitment to the Catholic faith.

We welcome those seeking Confirmation to join our preparation program.
